一、仪器简介

    SHIMADZU公司的LCMS-2020液质联用仪是一种具有高灵敏度及快速分析特点的四级杆质量分析器。样品经液相分离后由大气压电子离室（ESI或APCI源）电离，然后根据质荷比（m∕z）的不同分离，由可变换二次电子倍增器检测，放大后的离子信号由LCMS solution软件处理得到分析结果。用于难挥发、热稳定性较差的有机化合物分子量测定、难挥发性混合物中各组分的分子量测定，可以分析有机化合物分子的元素组成。

The LCMS-2020 is a quadrupole mass spectrometer designed with the aim of speeding up analysis while offering high sensitivity. A sample introduced from the liquid chromatograph is ionized by the atmospheric pressure ionization probe (an ESI or APCIP probe ), and the sample has been separated in accordance with conversion dynode. The ion signals detected bythe secondary electron multiplier are amplified and then the analysis results processed by the LCMS solution data processing software are displayed. It can not only be used for molecular weighting of organic compound,which are nonvolatile or poor thermal stability, but also can be used for molecular weighting of the various compoundswhich are also nonvolatile.It can analyze the elemental component of the organic compounds.

四、送样要求

样品溶液严禁含有难挥发盐，如磷酸盐，硫酸盐，盐酸盐；样品严禁含有表面活性剂一类的样品，金属络合物。
